Entry 4

Dearest Diary,

I sent the nurse at nine o’clock, oh what if she can’t find him. She is so slow! Its noon which is three hours since I sent the nurse. I am starting to worry. Wait! She just showed up I wonder what news she has...
I had to get permission to go out for confession. I am meeting Romeo at Friar Lawrence’s cell. We are getting married. Woooohoooooo
I can’t wait until tonight, tonight is the night when Romeo and I make our marriage official. Its when we will “Spread our close curtain, love-performing night, That runaways' eyes may wink, and Romeo Leap to these arms, untalked of and unseen”(act three scene two page one hundred and seven) . Nurse is coming I will return when she leaves...
Oh My! Romeo has been banished, my poor husband has been banished for killing my dear cousin Tybalt. “Oh, he’s  a snake disguised as a flower. Did a dragon ever look so gorgeous He’s a beautiful dictator and a cruel angel! He’s a crow that appears as a swan. He’s a lamb who hunts like a wolf!” (act three scene two page one hundred and eleven) oh I am such a beast to be angry at him. He deserves nothing but honor. I love my Romeo, my poor Romeo. We have only been married for three hours, why did you have to kill my cousin. While everyone cries for Tybalt I will cry for my Romeo because he has been exiled. I will find a way so we can be together.
